I tried to explain the upgrade process in self-explanatory terms, however he insisted that he knew something that I didn’t. I had to remind the shopper that I was an Heating and A/C expert, and he was not. He filed a complaint to the corporate office, although I just had enough that day.

Wifi technology is everywhere today. Also, many different businesses try to always sell you on wifi technology. Personally, I hate it! It is totally unreliable and it can go out on you at any time, for the most ridiculous reasons. Maybe it is because I am old, but I personally will never deal with wifi technology. For instance, recently my local heating and air conditioning supplier tried to sell me a wifi thermostat. I had told the last heating and cooling specialist that I was at my house that I was in no way interested. Though, the HVAC supplier was still trying to sell me on this wifi thermostat. The concept of it is good, but the whole wifi technology of it is what makes me not interested. What if there was something bad going on in the wifi connections one day? Well, then your thermostat on the wall would not work. Or worse, what if the wifi thermostat ended up getting stuck on a too high or low temperature! You would not be able to shut it off without ripping the thermostat out of its place and pretty much breaking it. That would be a bit of an expensive issue just to shut off your heating and air conditioning system. I had a good friend who had a wifi thermostat that this happened to, so that really backed up my theory that wifi technology is still on the faulty side and has a long ways to go. Do not even get me started on cell phones. They are even worse than the wifi HVAC products out there today!

Both of us decided to hire a steam boiler expert, plus we keep him on retainer for emergencies, but it was luxurious to retain the steam boiler expert, although he guarantees a 30-hour response time, and even while I was in holidays, Thursday’s, plus Wednesday’s, we still have the 30-hour guarantee. Both of us might have to add an additional steam boiler in the future, but right now we are getting along with just 1, however our crops this year look healthy plus abundant, plus I have no doubt that we will make a fortune while I was in this harvest. If everything goes well, we may add a sixth redcabin next year. As more plus more states legalize medical marijuana, my farming company continues to thrive.

My fiance and I have been trying to get my parents to transfer from their home to florida for 10 years now.

Every time both of us visit, we bring pictures of the beach, the sun, and the waves that come along with it! My fiance and I moved to Sarasota, FL, shortly after college and we both got really good jobs workings in Sarasota.

I took a job teaching at the Tampa Bay Community College and he got a job at a really good company doing business.. A few years later we had children and after that we were stuck. My parents rarely visited, because they live in New Hampshire. As they got older, the visits became fewer and fewer. My fiance and I tried to visit once a year to see them, however our schedules often made it impossible. Last weekend, my parents told us that they were going to be moving to Florida to see us more often. My fiance and I are ecstatic plus over the moon about this decision. I know the young kids are really glad too, because they rarely see them now. They are going to get a spot on the water in North Port, FL. In fact, they have a date to meet with a realtor next weekend. They were calling to tell us that they will be in town and we immediately begged them to stay at the house, instead of a hotel. All of us cannot wait to hear all about this new place. I’m just blissful that my parents are finally going to be close again and be able to experience the children’s things. They haven’t been here to visit in at least 5 years and I have missed them. Even though North Port, FL is still about 45 minutes away it’s a lot better than being over 12 hours away.
