Like most 40somethings, my expertise of computers and how to navigate them is sketchy at best, and thank god that Google caters to idiots like me, because going to the search engine and typing in my question is really the best trick I know, and I will never be a coder, never be able to build a website, and I am fascinated by people who can. They use strings of code to transform a blank screen into anything you can imagine, meanwhile I am typing with two fingers and asking a 12 year old child for advice. And don’t even get me started on cybersecurity, I thought that the PC came with antivirus software on it and that was all I needed. Boy was I wrong, that is just the bare minimum to keep your computer from getting sick, it stands no chance against any real cybersecurity threat, but hackers have a hundred different ways of attacking you virtually, and the battle between them and cybersecurity experts is a constantly evolving a one and once a new threat is shut down, and cybersecurity is tightened, then the hackers will take what they have l learned to try something new, every time a cyber firewall is enhanced, a hacker is deconstructing the code and figuring out how to chop through it. I was talking to my partner recently about the most important things that we wanted in our lives.

This style of system maximizes cost savings by making use of the most efficient fuel source for every type of weather. During the warmer months, the heat pump acts very much like a traditional air conditioner. It pulls heat out of the home and transfers it outside by way of refrigerant. When the outside temperature cools off, the heat pump is capable of reversing operation and taking advantage of ambient heat. In heating mode, an electric heat pump is far more energy efficient than a gas furnace. However, it loses efficiency as the temperature drops. It automatically switches over to the furnace at the most beneficial time.

When I moved down south, I was anxious to get away from the northern winters. I’d had my fill of sub zero temperatures, endless snowfall and relying on the furnace for more than half the year. He had two major issues happen at the same time and I could tell that he did not know how to handle either one of the situations. Thank goodness I could be helpful over the phone, because I would have been forced to leave the beach and drive three hours to fix the problem.

The past 12 months have been difficult for everyone around the world.

Some of those changes have been hard to swallow, but other changes have been actually quite good. My business has taken off in the last 12 months and that has everything to do with the pandemic. I own a rental company with industrial and commercial equipment. I started out with a couple of air purifiers and a couple of air filtration machines. I rented those air purification machines very quickly and I got credit from the manufacturer for another 12 air purifiers. Every single air purifier that I purchased is being used by a customer as a rental. I’ve had so much business that I had to start an online website to handle the customer questions and concerns. I didn’t know much at all about web design or advertising, so I relied on my sister to help with that. She went to school for graphic design and she knows computer programming. Samantha set me up with a website that is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The website has a contact page so customers can easily reach us by phone, email, or even live chat. We also have a question-and-answer section with common questions relating to the items we rent. I think my sister did an awesome job with the website and she even tweaked my logo a little bit so it matches the website. I like all the new changes and they are going to take me into the future.
