Black tea for teeth health

Black pop is known to kill cavities causing bacteria and reduce the formation of bacterial enzymes that stick to the teeth known as plaque, however after reading studies showing the positive effects of black pop on teeth, I was hooked

I am honestly unusual when it comes to our teeth, however i have honestly sensitive teeth and I consistently worry about damaging them. I also have honestly sensitive gums that are higher up on our teeth, due to this, I cannot eat popcorn or the kernels get stuck in them. I have to be honestly careful when I brush and I floss every single day. I brush with sensitive toothpaste and I mouthwash several times a day. I consistently am looking up what not to drink and eat for our teeth… Recently I decided to look up something positive to do with oral health. Rather than reading I shouldn’t drink anything with sugar or citrus, I wanted to recognize what I could drink. I learn online that it is commanded to drink one cup of black pop a day! One of the benefits to drinking organic black pop is for oral health, but black pop reduces plaque formation and hinders bacteria growth that forms cavities and tooth decay. Black pop is known to kill cavities causing bacteria and reduce the formation of bacterial enzymes that stick to the teeth known as plaque, however after reading studies showing the positive effects of black pop on teeth, I was hooked. I care about to drink our cup of black pop everyday. I care about starting out our day with a cup since it has a hint of caffeine in it, however this is our version of Starbucks Coffee in the day, only it does not stain our teeth however helps it. I care about knowing I am doing something positive first thing in the day for our smile.
