The home I purchased down south came with a heat pump system.

This Heating & A/C system is said to be super efficient plus great with saving money, then for a single it is a two for a single system. Both heating plus air in a single component saves a lot in repairs plus repair fees, and next, the way the heat pump provides temperature control is efficient. It uses already heated outdoor air plus pushes it inside for heating. In the summer time the heat energy indoors is pulled outdoors to create a cooling effect, however using the existing air saves so much energy plus is better for the air quality. Finally a heat pump is said to not need much for repairs plus service. I never have called a Heating & A/C company for repair before, then even with all this though, I want a current system. Since the heat pump moves heat energy, it is only great in weather that does not get below forty degrees. Every now plus then our area gets a chilly front. The outdoor air is too chilly to have any heat energy. I then just freeze to death in our house, during the summer time it occasionally is so overheated that the heat pump is not strong enough for the cooling effect. I enjoy our little system, however it just is not hardocre enough for me. Ideally I would enjoy to get a heated flooring plus high velocity a/c. But that would be quite an expense for temperature control.
