The door to door sales people get a door in their face when they come to my house. But, there is also a down side to being this way. I have passed up times that I have kicked myself repeatedly for not taking a risk. Many times I have cost myself some currency being the way I am. I actually have a father in law who will buy any as well as every available extended warranty out there. It staggers my mind to calculate the currency he has thrown away. However, at times it’s paid off for him. I have to say that he got his currency out of his HVAC extended warranty deal. While I am not an extended warranty type of person whatsoever, I do firmly believe in the value of preventive services over time. The new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system at our beach apartment is quite pricey. I personally researched it for over a year before every one of us had it installed. The manufacturer’s warranty was registered on day 1. As soon as the replacement was over, I called the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C dealer in town as well as signed up for the semi-seasonal Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service repair package they offer. There is simply no way that I would spend the amount of currency on something like an official Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component as well as not take care of it. I put my currency into preserving my investment with service appointments.
