The past 12 months have been difficult for everyone around the world.
- The Coronavirus has changed the way that we work, live, and play.
Some of those changes have been hard to swallow, but other changes have been actually quite good. My business has taken off in the last 12 months and that has everything to do with the pandemic. I own a rental company with industrial and commercial equipment. I started out with a couple of air purifiers and a couple of air filtration machines. I rented those air purification machines very quickly and I got credit from the manufacturer for another 12 air purifiers. Every single air purifier that I purchased is being used by a customer as a rental. I’ve had so much business that I had to start an online website to handle the customer questions and concerns. I didn’t know much at all about web design or advertising, so I relied on my sister to help with that. She went to school for graphic design and she knows computer programming. Samantha set me up with a website that is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The website has a contact page so customers can easily reach us by phone, email, or even live chat. We also have a question-and-answer section with common questions relating to the items we rent. I think my sister did an awesome job with the website and she even tweaked my logo a little bit so it matches the website. I like all the new changes and they are going to take me into the future.
