They should listen up to my advice

Honestly, I believe it’s absolutely just an expert-level authentic perspective really. Real estate is my game & I play it with all of my focus & energy every single day. I don’t simply rest in my Heating, Ventilation and A/C controlled office making unnecessary calls. I’m out there talking with sellers & buyers. Every afternoon is a perfect afternoon to make a lake condo sale. With that in mind, I do my best to regularly help each seller do the most with what they have. Sometimes that is met with just a little bit of pushback. It’s important to remember that as a realtor, I am intimately dealing with someone’s home. There is a disappointing bit of emotional investment in a person’s home. So, I do my very best all the time to be respectful & mindful when I make suggestions for home improvement. However, there are a few things that are just not up for any sort of negotiation when it comes to selling real estate. One of those things always is the state of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. If the existing Heating, Ventilation and A/C component is more than 15 years ancient or of less quality, it has to be replaced. Of course, this is not usually good news for a seller. A cost like the entire Heating, Ventilation and A/C method is not 1 that any seller wants to make. But upgrading the Heating, Ventilation and A/C is very much a short term investment when you are selling a home. Those thousands of dollars are going to make multiple more thousands of dollars in the end on the final sale price.
