This customer is a nice guy

Ever since the internet was invented, it seems like people guess that they can study a few pages of information and automatically become experts.

My dentist regularly asks if I have been googling our health, when I guess I guess more than him.

While the internet has absolutely been a great piece of technology, it’s made our task more strenuous with each day that passes, and last weekend, I was working on an Heating and Air Conditioning replacement task. I would consider myself an Heating and Air Conditioning expert, not that I’m bragging or being conceited. I’ve been working as an Heating and Air Conditioning replacement expert for most of our life. I started in the industry, fresh outta school. I spent several years working on repair calls, and I was eventually promoted to the Heating and Air Conditioning replacement crew. A few years ago, I was promoted to study replacement crew chief. I guess a thing or more than one about furnace, air conditioners, and heat pump replacements, then still, a shopper try to argue with me last weekend, when the people I was with and I were installing a gas furnace; The shopper was in and out of the basement five or more than five times, asking questions on every single trip, he absolutely made the task longer than it needed to be, and his incessant question asking cost us an extra third. When the furnace replacement was finally complete, the shopper questioned our procedures. I tried to explain the replacement process in simple terms, but he insisted that he knew something that I didn’t. I had to remind the shopper that I was an Heating and Air Conditioning expert, and he was not. He filed a complaint to the corporate office, although I just had enough that day.
