Let’s face it, there is absolutely no opportunity at this point that I am going to process & deal with all of the information thrown at me each afternoon with the current state of affairs.

My brain just sort of shuts down at a particular point when totally overloaded with information.

Much of this information I am receiving is absolutely useless to process or utilize as well. And yet it never stops, and just walking into our charmingly Heating, Ventilation and A/C controlled home I see it. Right there under the Heating, Ventilation and A/C vent is a sad kitchen table swamped with useless & unasked for mailers. My small lake condo office is totally packed with boxes of our records as well. Then you factor in all the manuals, detailed warranties & directions for all the several appliances in the house. Recently, I actually was attempting to sift my way through all this mess in order get a bit more organized when a sudden panic hit. I came across the Heating, Ventilation and A/C warranty card in a stack of garbage & noticed that it hadn’t been filled out. The immediate response for me was to get that pit in my stomach. Then, I was panic searching. Our Heating, Ventilation and A/C is about 4 months old already. I know that the warranty had to be registered with the factory in like 90 days from the expert installation. I had the disappointing feeling that I had missed that window by a longshot & the Heating, Ventilation and A/C warranty was now void. My wifey strolled by as I was tearing the whole office apart looking for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C factory PC number. Thank god, that’s when she smiled & told me to chill out. My wifey registered the huge Heating, Ventilation and A/C upgrade online the very first afternoon both of us got it.

For me, large transitions can be downright grueling to contend with in life. The 1 I am dealing with now is a good example of how hard a good old life can get. Going through the process of completely reimagining how I will continue to make a residing is perhaps the toughest thing I have ever had to do before. My beautifully Heating, Ventilation and A/C customized office is no longer. In its sad location is just me, my ipad & a makeshift desk in the guest room. They installed an HRV vent which pulls in the same exact amount of fresh air from the outside that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C exhausts outdoors. Now, I have fresh air being pulled into the condo each day without losing any Heating, Ventilation and A/C efficiency. That fresh air helped me continue my fresh start.

Well, at least it wasn’t a surprise when the breakup happened. I knew the end was coming for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Actually, I knew when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech who does our repair told me all about the system health well over a year ago. This was so important because I was able to save up some cash & also find just what I wanted in a replacement Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan. And that’s just what I did. I met with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier at least 5 times. The first time he mainly went about inspecting & doing measurements around the house. He found that the ductworks were good to go & would fit with the new Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. The next time the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier came over, my wifey & I discussed our Heating, Ventilation and A/C needs with him. He then was able to finally send us a personalized method to choose from with regard to the indoor Heating, Ventilation and A/C replacement. It was absolutely impressive to witness his ongoing expertise & suggestions of all things Heating, Ventilation and A/C. By the time both of us finished our next meeting, both of us felt good on costs, efficiency levels & reliability. That made it feel so much easier to make the final decisions. And now, that HVAC replacement is going in tomorrow. So why do I suppose a bit down about seeing the ancient Heating, Ventilation and A/C being replaced? Perhaps it could be just another example of just how time is flying by. I know it is a piece of a life now past & yet knowing that it leaves tomorrow gives me a bit of pause. That big, ancient Heating, Ventilation and A/C component diagnosed me & my family for well over 10 years. I’m hopeful for this new Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit.

Honestly, I believe it’s absolutely just an expert-level authentic perspective really. Real estate is my game & I play it with all of my focus & energy every single day. I don’t simply rest in my Heating, Ventilation and A/C controlled office making unnecessary calls. I’m out there talking with sellers & buyers. Every afternoon is a perfect afternoon to make a lake condo sale. With that in mind, I do my best to regularly help each seller do the most with what they have. Sometimes that is met with just a little bit of pushback. It’s important to remember that as a realtor, I am intimately dealing with someone’s home. There is a disappointing bit of emotional investment in a person’s home. So, I do my very best all the time to be respectful & mindful when I make suggestions for home improvement. However, there are a few things that are just not up for any sort of negotiation when it comes to selling real estate. One of those things always is the state of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. If the existing Heating, Ventilation and A/C component is more than 15 years ancient or of less quality, it has to be replaced. Of course, this is not usually good news for a seller. A cost like the entire Heating, Ventilation and A/C method is not 1 that any seller wants to make. But upgrading the Heating, Ventilation and A/C is very much a short term investment when you are selling a home. Those thousands of dollars are going to make multiple more thousands of dollars in the end on the final sale price.

Our family is pretty lucky and I don’t think they realize it.

I know this because I came from very unusual circumstances than my kids now get to enjoy. My children absolutely don’t have much perspective when it comes to the ongoing advantages that they have. They get to live in a lake condo where the indoor heating & cooling hot & cold temperatures are always comfortable thanks to expensive state of the art Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Plus, our lake condo has multiple modern amenities that make life a lot easier to live. But, for my children, you know this is all they absolutely know. Of course, my wifey & I go out and slave away to supply for our family. And, the kids realize this, I think. It’s just that it’s sort of difficult for them to fathom what any different life looks like. This is where I come in. It’s important to me for my kids to know where I came from. That’s why I took them to the town where I grew up. My mother was a single parent and the two of us were poor. There is absolutely no other way to state it. That is the takeaway I want me children to try to understand. However, what absolutely got them was the lack of effective Heating, Ventilation and A/C. The condo I grew up in had an evaporative cooler or swamp cooler in place. This uses natural evaporation to cool the air. It’s better than nothing but honestly… not much. The kids were simply speechless when I told them about how both of us regularly dealt with the heat of the summer season. When both of us got home, all the kids came up to me separately to thank me for the modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C in our house.

So many times, life throws something at you in order to remind you that you’re totally fallible.

I guess this started happening to me when I was just a kid.

But, with the help of wonderful parents, I always got back up and got back to trying again when I failed. I guess it’s just that I have never been what you would call lucky. That would be something like coming back to a nice home with a great Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C controlled beach house after work. But I’m not lucky because right now, I’m living in my parents’ basement. This was a result of having huge university loans as well as an unquestionably low paying job! And so I simply couldn’t make ends meet while paying for an apartment. And, it wasn’t all that much of an apartment either. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was just terrible, and the location was in a bad neighborhood, too. I also had to get a roommate to help pay the bills, but I still couldn’t make my budget work out. But thankfully, my parents have regularly been out there supporting me in any way they can. They offered me the basement and then my dad and I started making it into a bit of a living space. The first thing that Dad and I did was install a ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. There were no Heating, Ventilation, or A/C vents in the basement but I had to have some sort of heating & cooling down there. I was shocked that dad as well as I were able to install the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine ourselves without any help. But, it wasn’t that tough. Then I was further shocked by how powerful that small ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine actually was when I turned it on. That small addition has really helped to make this situation a lot better.
