Without dampeners to equalize the pressure load, even the latest and greatest cooling systems in the world cannot overcompensate for a poorly designed ventilation system
After being on the hunt for a condominium for around five or six weeks, our eyeah have been opened to a host of odd things I would have never guessed or known at all. It all started back when I put an earnest currency deposit down on a third-floor modern home that had caught our eye. I toured it twice plus everything seemed to be better, newer appliances, ceramic plus vinyl flooring throughout, plus an amazing view overlooking a golf course as well as a nature preserve. Each component even came with an outdoor storage closet on a balcony connected to the family room plus master bedroom. With that being said, once the inspection started, things abruptly turned south. The owner was insisting that her floors were high-quality vinyl plank which resemble hardwood in size, durability, as well as replacement as they snap together and either float or are put down permanently. During this part of the inspection, both of us discovered that it was instead these severely flimsy strips of rubble-like plastic that had a wood print and some texture on the top. They were barely water resistant, let alone waterproof prefer the owner claimed. The worst space was the central Heating and A/C system. First off, the owner had opted to install a low quality cooling system from the start, telling me firmly that it was more than adequate to cool the component separate from too much energy waste. But, that wasn’t the problem, the main problem was the design of the HVAC duct. Too much air was leaving the vents near the air handler while actually little air was reaching the farthest end of the modern home where the master bedroom plus lavatory were situated. Without dampeners to equalize the pressure load, even the latest and greatest cooling systems in the world cannot overcompensate for a poorly designed ventilation system. At the end of it all, the troubles far exceeded the price of the condo.
