From a young age, I have consistently been a fan of web design and web building; By the time I was in high school, I was able to build my own websites, most of which were quite successful, it just came easy to me.

When I became an adult, I jumped from job to job, never quite happy with each 1; Finally, I landed at an online SEO business, which specialized in link building. I wasn’t sure if I was good enough, since I have never applied for a SEO supplier, but thankfully, they were really looking for someone who can follow the latest trends and build a successful website, which I can do. It wasn’t long before I was helping companies expand and promote their services online. Although I have helped quite a few do this so far, there is 1 company that stands out to me. It was a Heating and A/C business which was in desperate need of some help, or it was going to need to call it quits. I questioned how much the owner knew about digital SEO, and I was surprised at how little he knew. He was quite happy sticking with old timey ways of using newspapers to advertise, which wasn’t going to work for him. I had to explain to him different methods of bringing customers to his business, starting with website building. From there, we were able to work towards other things like pay per click and search engine optimization. A year later, the same owner came back and personally thanked me for my help. He told me since then, his company had tripled the amount of purchasers, and his company was now booming.

For the first few years of my business, I didn’t own a website.

I was still doing okay company wise, but I knew I could do better, and I already knew how I could improve my company, and everyone knows that people are always on their iPhones, PCs or enjoying TV.

So, if I get into digital SEO and learn more, after that I can showcase my Heating and A/C supplier to everyone, and pull in more traffic that way. While I could have paid for the services of a SEO supplier, I wanted to do a little bit of researching myself first. After that I did more research into other subjects that could help boost your website and business, like SEM and PPC. That was a year ago, and I am utterly wowed at how much has changed since then. I thought I was doing good then, but compared to now, I was broke! Today, I have a constant flow of purchasers, and I also have quite a few loyal 1s, all thanks to online SEO.

When I created a company of my own, I knew the cons of possibly shutting down within a few years, since most newer companies don’t last, but, I couldn’t help but to think that that just wouldn’t happen to me, I knew better than that.

I know I was dumb, because by the 2nd year I was start to have troulbe. My small Heating and A/C company is made up of me and four Heating and A/C workers. Or at least, it used to be four, I had to let 2 go because I just wasn’t making enough money. I wasn’t sure why my company just wasn’t doing so well. I was advertising. I had paid a guy to go and sit outside the company to spin a sign, but that didn’t seem to be working. I also placed ads in magazines and newspapers, and that attracted little traffic. I was getting quite frustrated and ready to call it quits, but I also didn’t want to quit, and as a final attempt, I contacted an online SEO company for help. When I explained my case to the guy, he told me that a lot of my advertising attempts aren’t going to work, because I was thinking old timey. He told me, nowadays, all of the guys and young people are online getting their products and services, if you want to succeed you have to move online as well. I wasn’t absolutely happy with the internet, but I was willing to see how far I might go with this SEO business. The guy told me we can start by making a basic outline of a website. He had picked out a few things I liked, and in only 15 minutes had a good looking website made for me. I was going to run a trial with the website, and if I see an increase, after that I can slowly get into other things like PPC, SEO and SEM.

I legitimately wish that it was possible to get rid of the expensive plus energy-sucking ventilation machines, entirely. However, you know opening a window is legitimately not going to supply the same high quality air that I need to have. I suppose I’ll have to buy a cheaper lake residence to be able to afford the expensive Heating plus Air Conditioning machine to make the venue shine.

Once I invest in a house, I want to invest in a high quality heating, cooling, & ventilation system for the first time ever. My dream is to have such a fantastic air quality control setup that I don’t even notice it operating in the background. I don’t want to be conscientious of the thermostat clicking on & off on a regular basis, I don’t want to hear the oil furnace powering up & down, & I don’t want to wait for the a/c equipment to cyclically cool the house. I want my beach property to feel as though it’s naturally comfortable, without the assistance of expensive indoor Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. I genuinely wish that it was possible to get rid of the expensive & energy-sucking ventilation equipment altogether. However, you certainly know that opening a window is absolutely not going to supply the same high quality air that I require. I suppose I’ll have to purchase a cheaper beach property to be able to afford the expensive Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment to make the location shine.

My dream is to have such an enjoyable indoor air quality control setup that I don’t even notice it running in the background. I don’t want to be consthinking about the temperature control clicking on and off all the time. I don’t want to hear the gas furnace powering up and down, and I don’t want to wait for the cooling appliance to cyclically cool the dwelling. I want my lake house to feel as though it’s naturally comfortable, without the help of fancy indoor Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. I actually wish that it was possible to get rid of the fancy and energy-sucking ventilation appliances completely! However, you easily know that opening a window is absolutely not going to give the same high quality air that I dream of. I suppose I’ll have to buy a cheaper lake dwelling to be able to afford the fancy Heating plus Air Conditioning system to make the locale shine.

There are a lot of good reasons to invest in a smart thermostat for the home.

When I first made the decision to upgrade my old, plastic, mercury thermostat, I was shocked by the prices of the latest models.

Today’s technology offers wireless connectivity. I now have an app on my phone that allows access to all of the many features. It doesn’t matter if I’m sitting on my couch, at work, stuck in traffic or half a world away lying on a tropical beach, I can check the indoor temperature of the home and make changes to settings. Plus, the thermostat offers helpful options such as energy tracking, energy saving tips and alerts. I get a text message notification if there’s a power outage, sudden temperature swing or a maintenance requirement. I get reminders when it’s time to replace the filter. The thermostat even links to my HVAC contractor to allow for remote diagnosis of issues, saving me the cost of a service call. One of the most beneficial perks of my new thermostat is geofencing. The system uses GPS to track the locations of family members’ smartphones. When we exit or enter a specific radius, it makes adjustments to temperature to either conserve energy or welcome us home to ideal comfort. I no longer need to remember to make changes, and I’ve saved enough on my utility bills to recover the initial investment.

I absolutely love seeing and experiencing new places. On every trip, I make a point to purchase a painting. I choose something that will remind me of the local landscape. Some of the paintings are quite valuable, while others are only precious to me for sentimental reasons. I have added oil paintings, water colors and charcoal sketches to my collection. They are all different sizes and feature a variety of styles of frames. I enjoy having the artwork displayed throughout my home. Because of my collection, it’s necessary to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level. I’ve invested in a top-of-the-line centralized furnace and air conditioner and added both a humidifier and dehumidifier. Along with protecting my artwork, it’s important to me to keep a comfortable home and minimize monthly utility bills. I live in an area that experiences weather extremes at nearly all times of year, making heating and cooling essential. When I’m at home, the furnace, air conditioner and humidity control ensures ideal conditions. When I’m traveling, I can trust in the reliability of the equipment. I like the ability to check up on temperature and humidity through an app on my phone. I get notified if there’s any severe temperature fluctuations, power failure or maintenance needs. The heating and cooling system even sends alerts to my regular HVAC contractor and problems can often be diagnosed remotely. Although the set up of such an advanced system was rather expensive, I feel it is worthwhile.
