It is the middle of January now and my little beach town is more like a little ghost town right now.

There are hardly any people out on the streets in the evening as most of the flats are vacant here in town.

A lot of tourists have flats here that they only use in the late spring or early summer for a few months. Around the beginning of September it really starts to empty out and stays that way until late in April or so. So we have about three and a half more months of peace before local businesses open up again and people start to crank up their air conditioners for the summer. I may go on a trip with my brother this summer but I need to wait and see how much money I have and if I can afford to do it. I will do more cooling device work at the HVAC company here in town and maybe start up my own heating dealership if I feel so inclined. I have a lot of plans for this year and am hoping some of them work out. My main plan is to play music at the heating provider’s store and then maybe do a small tour of the country with my bandmate, playing in air conditioned and climate controlled clubs around the area. We have to work on our songs more but I think we can make some pretty cool ones if we keep at it. He is a heating business owner and we met while working on an air conditioner one day.

I love to have tomato soup with my grilled cheese sandwich but I don’t love the sugar they put in the stuff.

I know I could make my own soup but it seems like such a hassle to do so, as I don’t have anything sweet to put in the soup since I quit sugar a few years ago.

I could use erythritol but I don’t have any at home right now and don’t feel like shopping any more this week. I suppose I could make 2 sandwiches and call that my lunch, along with a nice big salad, however electric gas furnace service is on the agenda later this month and I also have to disinfect the gas furnace filter on it as it has been weeks since I’ve even looked at the thing. I bet it is entirely dirty because we have been running the furnace for a while without cleaning it. My heating plus cooling device is still quite new plus I am going to get a 5 year heating and air conditioning service plan for it so that we keep it running well. Yesterday I had a wonderful run on the beach plus I slept entirely well last night as a result. I went to a local business a few weeks ago and the local company there told me that they may have some heating and air conditioning system labor for me next week. This is cool because he pays me entirely well plus right now I could use the money more than ever. I’m going to turn on my radiant furnace now and get going on those grilled cheese sandwiches.

Body parts are being changed by artificial ones and soon they will be replacing all of our organs too. Imagine in another 500 years what people will look like. We will entirely be about 50% robots by then with all of the advancements being made in the technology sector! I’m sure it won’t be long before they can update brains and basically help us to last for hundreds of years. The heating and air conditioning technology market is also going to change a lot with a lot of new types of gas fireplaces and hydronic heating devices. It could be a fantastic thing because we could give people more time on earth, we also need to keep it in check or the technology could end up taking over the world. Anyway, I just got some new radiant heated floors in our flat and my fantastic friend and I are going to light up the fireplace tonight and appreciate a film and some pretzels on the sofa under a bunch of warm blankets. I think the temps tonight are dipping well below chilly so this would be a nice night to hunker down and stay warm in the comfort of our own flat. I have an oil gas furnace too, which I may have to run for a while, as the fireplace only easily warms up the living room area at most. My room seems to be the coldest room in the flat as the vents don’t push the heat back there.
