When I moved into my home, I knew I needed a new air conditioner unit, and the A/C machine that was in the house was there when the house was built fifteen years ago, although it still worked to help with the humidity, it didn’t work and it should.

I told them I wanted an energy efficient air conditioner machine with a SEER of no less than 18. A heating and A/C company came to our house the following Friday, and we settled on the air conditioner plan I wanted, and I gave him a partial payment! One week later, a delivery van was at my door. Once the A/C machine was at the house, I was to let the Heating and A/C supplier know, but it didn’t happen that way. The man asked me where I wanted the Heating and A/C plan located. I said the A/C machine was to be in the backyard by the pool, he then asked who was there to help him. I called the Heating and A/C company and said the delivery driver needed help. That’s when I saw several boxes instead of just an A/C unit. They had delivered a complete Heating and A/C system, including an oil furnace and new ductwork. The manager of the Heating and A/C supplier wanted to talk to the delivery driver. I found out he was delivering to the wrong address and my A/C machine wouldn’t arrive until the next day.
