My hubby and I couldn’t wait to get our new Heating and A/C system, then we had been residing in a house without heating and air conditioning for almost a year, and it was becoming a pain, but summer was once again bringing its brutal heat, and we didn’t want to go through an entire Summer without air conditioning, however last year, when we moved in, the air conditioning wasn’t working, however Summer was almost over, however the oil furnace worked well enough to get us through winter. We wanted to wait a year to purchase new Heating and A/C equipment, so we could pay money. Finally, this Spring, we could purchase the unit without making payments. The heating and a/c professional said they would give the heating and a/c component in a typical box truck, and the delivery man should have already called them before getting to the house. The heating and a/c professional would be there to install the component within half an hour of it being delivered, however when the delivery van showed up, a young man got out of the truck and asked for some assistance. He said he would not unload the truck, and someone had to do it. I told him the heating and a/c professionals would be there shortly, and he snorted. I said he was supposed to call them and raised an eyebrow in question. He was quite brash and rolled his eyes. He said he didn’t work for the heating and a/c supplier, however worked for the delivery supplier. She drove the truck and. someone else unloaded it. Luckily, several minutes before I got rude, the heating and a/c professionals pulled up to the house, but the delivery drivers aren’t what they used to be.
