When both of us bought our house, there was a brand new HVAC idea in the house.

He came upstairs and told myself and others to call the realtor. Both of us had a concern with the oil furnace. I asked what could possibly be wrong with the oil furnace when it was nearly brand new. He stopped and looked at the HVAC professional. The HVAC professional spoke up and told myself and others the concern was that there wasn’t a oil furnace. I called the realtor and asked her why the previous owners took the oil furnace with them. Both of us hadn’t been in the basement until both of us called the HVAC business and that’s when both of us realized it was missing. The realtor told myself and others the owners would not have done that and both of us must have looked in the the wrong area. The HVAC professional got on the phone and told her there was no oil furnace to be found. He had done the inspections on the oil furnace before both of us bought the house. The oil furnace was missing, and it must have been taken by the previous owners. Six weeks later, both of us had a new oil furnace in the house, however it wasn’t because of the realtor. I had to call the lawyer and the realtor bought the oil furnace for us.
