Exposed ductwork upstairs

These last two or three weeks have been a bit crazy.

I have waited while the remodelling on our condo is finished before the first October snowfall.

I wanted modern showers in both of our washrooms, but then decided to update the numerous sinks, vanities, as well as countertops as well. For the first time I was blindsided by great news when our boss surprised myself and others with a considerable raise at the beginning of the remodelling process. This meant that I had much more capital to work with in the investments I was about to make on my house. On the other side of things, I think it’s safe to say that I went too far in one direction as well as bit off more than I could reasonably chew. When you have workers coming in as well as out of your condo a couple of times every week for weeks on end, it starts to get daunting. The number one result of having more income through this process meant I could get some of the best condo inspectors to comb through every inch of our condo to figure out what type of needs to be fixed in the event I sell it in the near or distant future. I had a particular Heating & Air Conditioning specialist to inspect as well as grade the quality of my indoor heating as well as cooling system. Without him, I might have never l got that my ductwork was exposed in our attic. There was no insulation wrapping the ventilation, nor was the attic insulated either. I quickly realized I had been burning through cash from the sheer degree of energy waste in our modern Heating & Air Conditioning design. Switching gears a bit, I decided to install a modern cooling system along with brand modern ductwork. All of the work done on our central heating and cooling system was finished after everything else wrapped up. I barely got it all done in time for winter. It sure feels wonderful knowing I will have a better source of heat this year as well as all the years to come.
