My wife and I have been struggling with money for a while.
I really have a hard time admitting that but it’s true.
I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to admit that to myself. I lost my job due to the current pandemic and my wife is a nanny for a family that had to let her go as well. I wish that we were in a better financial situation because we just found out that we would need to replace our entire HVAC system. I have a friend that works for a local HVAC company that came over to the house to take a look at our HVAC system to see if there was anything wrong with it. I didn’t expect him to say that the entire HVAC system would need to be replaced, I thought maybe we would just need to clean out the ductwork or something like that. However, I know that this is something we are going to need to have done. My friend is willing to help us with the HVAC repair so it won’t cost as much as if we went to an HVAC company, but I am still worried that we are going to go into debt over this HVAC issue. I told my friend that we might have to put off the HVAC repair until I can find another job so we don’t go into debt, but I am worried that we won’t be able to wait that long. I am going to start applying to even more jobs so we can get the ball rolling on this and we don’t have to take out a loan to have the HVAC system taken care of.
