Arnold had the best weekend planned for his partner, who was flying in… She lived in a different area of the country, plus they hadn’t been together in forever. But, the distance wasn’t so horrible for them since they were regularly talking! Arnold went ahead to get brand new bedsheets, towels, scented candles, flowers, snacks, plus other essentials he knew she would appreciate. He drove to the house quite glad since he would spend the day cleaning his place. The property was cool when Arnold arrived at the house since the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit was on. But, he heard a crazy hissing sound he’d never heard before coming from the indoor unit. Arnold decided to set all the things he was carrying on the kitchen counter plus got his telephone. He wanted to call a buddy who was an A/C mechanic to inform him about the hissing noise that was worrying him. The A/C mechanic answered the call on the fourth ring plus listened to Arnold talk about the issue. Immediately he asked Arnold to turn off the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit since that sounded like a refrigerant leak. Refrigerants happen to be quite toxic, plus it was best for Arnold to open the windows plus doors to let in the fresh air. The A/C equipment mechanic had another appointment however treated this as a serious emergency plus rushed to Arnold’s property to repair the faulty Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. Further inspection of the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment revealed cracks on the refrigerant lines causing the refrigerant to leak. Arnold was relatively fortunate to have heard the hissing noise plus turned off the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. The A/C mechanic had to take care of the cracks then inspected the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment to ensure no more leaks.
