When I asked my husband what he was planning on with the HVAC system, he didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. He said he was just going to get the regular HVAC system maintenance and that was basically it. I told him that HVAC system was so old and our energy bills were only getting higher. Little did he know, I had plans to get something that was incredibly energy efficient and that would make us more comfortable in our home. I had been saving money for a long time and I already knew what I wanted to do with it. Instead of proceeding with wasting more money on that ancient HVAC system, I wanted to have radiant heated floors installed in my home. I also wanted to have a quality A/C system that was entirely energy efficient, unlike the old air conditioning system. Sure, it served us well over the years, but it was time to let it go and get something that was more with the times. When I talked to him about my plans, he agreed that it sounded like a really great idea. He said it would be really nice to have lower energy bills for a change and the radiant heated floors sounded great. So we called the HVAC company together and we scheduled all the upgrades. Now that everything is finished, we truly love the new HVAC system in our home. The radiant heated floors are wonderful and the cooling system works great. We noticed right away that our energy bills were much lower, so eventually I believe this new HVAC system will pay for itself!
