My stomach is growling for cereal

I eat shredded wheat every afternoon with raisins in it and unsweetened almond milk. I avoid added sugars for 2 reasons. It causes pain and inflammation in my joints and it ages the body quicker. I dropped several pounds of blubber about five months after stopping all sugars except fruit sugars. Sugar is in almost everything you buy in a jar or box so I try to stick with whole foods that haven’t been messed with by man. They like to add sugar to everything, it’s even in mustard occasionally. The cooling and heating business consistently has donuts when you go in, along with coffee, and there is never a spare donut by the end of the afternoon. People like to eat them and it is no wonder, they taste so good! I had an air conditioner maintenance repair a few years ago and had to stop working because of the pain in my knees and shoulders. I finally stopped eating all sugars after that, and low and behold, all of the pain went away. I could actually begin my own HVAC business again if I want because I know my body is great with all of the lifting and bending involved. I know working online doing writing and other gigs is a much better option though considering I spent most of my life doing manual labor. I don’t know how many HVAC systems I tuned up but I bet it numbers in the high hundreds or more. My body has done enough physical labor for a lifetime.
