My Stomach is Grumbling for Some Cereal

I eat shredded wheat every morning with raisins in it and unsweetened almond milk. I avoid added sugars for two reasons; it causes pain and inflammation in my joints and it ages the body quicker. I dropped like eight or ten pounds of blubber about six months after stopping all sugars except fruit sugars. Sugar is in almost everything you buy in a jar or box so I try to stick with whole foods that haven’t been messed with by man. They like to add sugar to everything, it’s even in mustard sometimes. The cooling and heating company always has donuts when you go in, along with coffee, and there is never a spare donut by the end of the morning. People love to eat them and it is no wonder, they taste so good! I had an air conditioning repair service a few years ago and had to stop working because of the pain in my knees and shoulders. I finally stopped eating all sugars after that, and low and behold, all of the pain went away. I could probably start up my own HVAC company again if I want because I think my body is fine with all of the lifting and bending involved. I think working online doing writing and other gigs is a much better choice though considering I spent most of my life doing manual labor. I don’t know how many HVAC systems I tuned up but I bet it numbers in the high hundreds or more. My body has done enough physical labor for a lifetime.
