I do pet sitting from my home so it was not great when my gas furnace went out last winter, and of course it was Christmas Eve as well, and I had a total of 7 pets in my home at the time.
The pet owners were all away so it was not as if I could just call them up as well as tell them to grab their four-legged family members.
So I moved all of the pets into the kitchen and then put some space heaters I had around them while I tried to find a Heating andAir Conditioning supplier who was still open, and finally I did. I reached a Heating and Air Conditioning company that could come out that same day. The contractor who came out was truly friendly and he didn’t waste any time getting to work. When I found out the complication with my heating, I admit I felt kind of stupid, because it seems that my air duct as well as heat pump had gotten full of pet hair which made the parts get stuck. The contractor said that proper service could have prevented this from happening. The whole service cost a lot of money however, it came with a free one year service plan, and after that, I just need to pay for them to come out every six weeks to clean as well as service the ducts, as well as the rest of the Heating and Air Conditioning system. And I will too. I can’t afford an emergency service again any time soon. But at least I can keep all of the critters safe now.
