I have terrible flu symptoms that make themselves known every Spring plus every fall, without fail.
I can’t remember a Springtime or a fall season when I wasn’t being plagued by a terrible dust sensitivity attack, no matter how many medications I was on! It got to the point where I even was having dust sensitivity attacks inside my own house with the air conditioning system running.
I mean, I could understand having pollen in the condo if I had the windows open, however this was with all the windows closed plus the air conditioning system turned on. I called my local Heating plus A/C corporation to ask if they knew anything that I could do to help eliminate the pollen, dust, plus allergens from my ventilation system. The first thing they suggested that I do was to get all of my ventilation ducts plus air vents thoroughly cleaned. I think as time goes by, dust plus pollen can accumulate in your ductworks plus the dust plus debris can then fly into your living space when your forced air from your heating plus cooling plan blows through them. I tied up an appointment to have our ventilation ducts cleaned right away. And then I went ahead plus signed up to have them cleaned on a yearly basis. I just wanted to make sure that the dust plus pollen wouldn’t have a chance to build up in the ventilation ducts again. The other thing I did was to order some truly high quality air filters for our central air conditioning system unit, then changing the air filters plus cleaning the ventilation ducts has truly improved our indoor air quality.
