Why so many gyms?

Being in the land developer business I do my best to capitalize on trends, & task to meet the needs of the community as they arise, and this is a hard work, considering how long it takes to plan out buildings, hire people, & open up new establishments, however i have to try & predict what the community will want & need a year, or even ten years ahead of time.

  • I am not a true pro, so I am wrong as often as I am right.

When I am right I look like a genius. I can say this now after my largest success, a physical fitness themed strip mall. Rather than just building a health & wellness center, or even a sizable gym, I thought smaller and more zoned in on things. I thought that consumers might appreciate having a choice of many cool kinds of gyms & workout locations instead of making one for pretty much everyone to share. There is a gym for men only, a place for train for kickboxing, & another place to learn MMA fighting styles. That isn’t all, we also have a very cool crossfit community located next to the largest yoga studio in this corner of the state! The consumer has so many choices in workout programs they are cheerful. I myself am collecting rent checks from several different physical fitness centers, not to mention that all the personal trainers who task there & rent rooms from me. The Gym District, as it is being boosted up, has been getting a lot of attention from all over, & I am hoping to keep growing and also developing it.
