But still, every time I go to her house, my allergies and asthma get really bad. It’s gotten to the point that I’m going to have to stop going to her house all together and we both feel really bad about this. But then, yesterday Trudy called and told me that she may have figured out what was making me ill in her house. She told me that her HVAC system was having some issues so she called out an HVAC company to take a look. The problem was a small one but they found a much bigger underlying issue. It turned out that her HVAC ducts were full of dust and mold and were really dirty. Trudy told me she was not aware that she had to have her HVAC ductwork cleaned out on a regular basis and she felt bad that her ductwork had gotten that dirty that it had been making me sick. Not to mention that Trudy’s own family had been breathing in all of that mold and dirt for years.Trudy had the HVAC company go ahead and do a thorough ductwork cleaning. She also had them install extra strong filters to help clean the air better. Additionally, she told me she’s going to buy a small air filter system for the house to help clean the spores out of the air.

I have to tell you all that I had a entirely beautiful Christmas! It also came with a entirely sizable surprise of a gift for me plus our family! I have a rich sibling that comes up to visit every year for a week, plus this year his Christmas gift to the family was particularly amazing! When he arrived he did not have any gift for us…which both of us thought was odd. Every one of us knew something was up plus he just kept smiling plus saying we’d find out on Christmas morning; Well, Christmas morning came plus he gave us an envelope. Inside that envelope was a voucher for the local heating plus a/c supplier that both of us could call anytime both of us were ready to get a zoned heating plus a/c method installed into our home! My sibling actually purchased the family a zoned heating plus a/c! Every one of us had been particularly wanting Heating, Ventilation plus A/C zone control for ages. It was just way out of our price range to be able to afford the upgrade plus the heating plus a/c component itself! This was possibly the best gift both of us all had ever got from our rich sibling while in the grand ancient holiday season of Christmas. My girlfriend decided to break up with me recently because she says I never can take things seriously. I realized that she was right. We tried to live together in an apartment and I thought everything was going to be great. She would always tell me to do things like change the air filter to the HVAC and to call for HVAC system maintenance. I would always just push it back like it wasn’t that serious, but then the air quality became really bad in our apartment. When dust started collecting everywhere, I realized that I needed to change the air filter. The thing is, by the time I went to change the air filter, I realized that my girlfriend already took care of the problem. She asked me if I even bothered to call for HVAC system maintenance and I basically just hung my head in shame. She said that because I couldn’t take important things like that seriously, she couldn’t picture staying with me in a serious relationship. I honestly feel as though I can’t be trusted to make the right decisions in our home at times. There was a time when I would be concerned about everything, but then I started to fall off a little over the years. I always made sure to get our HVAC system maintenance every season and I would tighten up the house before the peak season. We always had low energy bills and the HVAC system would run very efficiently. Over the years, I realized that we never experienced any HVAC system breakdowns and I thought that maybe we didn’t need as much HVAC system maintenance as we were getting. So I decided to stop investing so much money in the HVAC system maintenance. Eventually, the air quality became poor and the HVAC system was struggling. This past summer, the cooling system broke down and I felt terrible about it after paying so much money to get everything working again. If I would have just kept up with the HVAC system maintenance, that wouldn’t have happened. The HVAC technician decided to tell me about HVAC system maintenance plans. I couldn’t believe how much money I would be saving by enrolling in such a plan, and now I know that I can easily afford the HVAC maintenance and have peace of mind knowing the HVAC system won’t fail at random times. I also decided to install an air purification system to improve the air quality in our home. It seems that everything is good right now, but you never know with some of the stupid decisions I end up making.

I can’t believe that Christmas is right around the corner. It’s always such a lovely time with all the beautiful decorations and Christmas music. I can’t wait to spend time with my family and we have been planning a nice Christmas party at our home. The thing is, I have been noticing that the heating system has been struggling so I have to get that taken care of. I knew it was a bad decision when I chose not to get the heating system tuned up back in the spring, but what’s done is done. I am going to call up the HVAC company soon to see what they can do for me. The heating system is still working, it’s just having issues. For example, when the heating system tries to engage, I hear the thing click a bunch of times before the air starts to flow. This is a cause for concern especially since I smell some kind of gas or burning smell in the basement. I hope the house is not going to blow up or something, but it’s hard to say and I know that we need to get this under control if we are going to have a party at our place. At least my wife isn’t giving me a hard time about not getting the HVAC system tune-up. It could be worse too, we could of had the whole heating system fail on us and we would be freezing in the home. I’m sure that we should be able to get this problem resolved by the time we get to the party for Christmas.

I am so thankful that spring is finally here. Now we get to clean everything out in the house and get ready for the warm weather! I can’t wait to get the pool ready for the kids and we will be able to have cookouts and get togethers at our place. The other thing that I know is important is to take care of the HVAC system. It’s always around this time that we call up the HVAC company and have an HVAC technician over to provide a tune-up to our HVAC. This is very important because without your regular HVAC tune-ups, your HVAC might break down on you when you need it most. There was a time when that happened to my friends and I back when we were in college. We didn’t get the HVAC tune-up and the HVAC broke down in the winter. That was not a pleasant experience and I couldn’t imagine my family having to deal with a complication like that. So ever since that time, I always made sure to get the regular HVAC system tune-ups and I have never experienced an issue like that since. Whenever I see other people aren’t getting their HVAC tune-ups, I tell them about what happened to me when I was younger and they think twice about getting a proper HVAC system tune-up. I’m also thinking about getting into an HVAC system maintenance plan because I hear you can save big money on your HVAC maintenance and have everything covered at the same time. That would be nice because we do spend a lot of money to keep our HVAC system in good shape.

I’m the kind of person who always has to keep moving and be doing something.

So when my mother came to stay with us for a little while, I started going nuts. It’s not that I didn’t love having my mother around, it’s just that she wants to take care of everything. She wanted to do all the cooking, the laundry, and even fix things around the household. When the kitchen light went out for instance, she said she would take care of it and she actually did! Even when I went to mow the lawn, she said that she needed the exercise and took over that job as well. All I was able to do was sit around and do a whole lot of nothing while I just enjoyed the frosty air from the cooling system. Eventually, the cooling system started making some funny noises. My mother was saying it sounded like we needed to call up the HVAC company. She wanted to pay for the cost to repair the cooling system and everything. I had to put my foot down and said I would take care of it. Instead of calling the HVAC company, I got some friends to come over and help me work on the cooling system. We figured we knew what we were doing from watching some DIY HVAC repair videos. We even replaced a certain part in the cooling system and thought it would work great afterwards. The thing worked for a short while and then made a huge grinding noise that didn’t sound too good. By the time I actually had an HVAC professional over to work on the cooling system, he was disappointed to see that we tried to fix it on our own. He said it was a foolish move and it cost me a lot of money to have repaired.

I have had a pretty difficult year.

• It seems like no matter what I do things keep going wrong for me.

It was awful when my heating system in my car quit working during the winter season. I wasn’t even able to have the heating system repaired right away either because I didn’t have enough money. I was mainly focused on getting Christmas gifts for my family and I just hoped that I wouldn’t experience any major issues. Of course when I hope something won’t go wrong, things go wrong anyways. So I was driving around in a freezing car and the only thing that was able to help me was the constant spraying of the windshield with my wiper fluid. I kept having to refill the windshield wiper fluid like crazy and eventually I was able to get the heater fixed in my car which was a huge relief. I can’t tell you how dangerous it is to drive without your heating system working in your car during the cold season. In the spring, I was still feeling broke so I decided I could go without my official cooling system tune-up before the summer rolled in. Boy was I wrong. When we got into the midst of the summer season, that’s when my cooling system started to fail on me. I called up an HVAC company and by the time they were able to repair my cooling system, I learned that it was going to cost me a small fortune to have fixed. The HVAC technician said he recommended that I upgrade the entire HVAC system. So here I am thinking about whether I should just upgrade the HVAC or try to have it fixed. I don’t know what to do.
