I recently suffered a back injury.

For the past three weeks I have been struggling with a torn trapezius muscle.

The pain is really severe. I am swollen and hurting, and It doesn’t seem to be going away! There are moments when I just about cry. I need to lay down at all times, and it helps to ice the area. Because of my injury, I am not accomplishing anything. I have had to take a great deal of time off work. Not only that, I had to cancel a flight down south, and I missed a concert I had been really looking forward to. All of my time is now spent on the couch. I only stand up for the sake of using the bathroom. I can’t even get up the stairs to my bed. When lunch and dinner times roll around, I don’t feel all that hungry. I am certainly not up to cooking for myself. I know I need to eat healthy to keep my strength up and heal quickly. I looked online to find out if something could be brought to my door. I wasn’t interested in fast food or any kind of overly rich restaurant food. I was hoping for a deli offering delivery when I came across a local meal delivery service. They offer a membership by the month. I decided to sign up and order meals online. It was the best way to get nutritious lunches and dinners delivered. They offer a wide variety of options on their menu. I can choose from dinner, lunch and breakfast items. There are sandwiches and salads plus a variety of meat, fish and pasta entrees. It is so nice that I can choose anything, including sides and dessert. I took some time picking out what I wanted to order. I was searching for mostly fruits and vegetables that my unhappy stomach could handle. I found several vegetable-type soups that sounded good. I figured soup would be simple to heat up. I don’t have a big appetite but everything is very tasty. The local meal delivery has been a life-saver.

I didn’t entirely want it in our home.

When I moved into our first home with our ex-wife, she was gleeful to take the handmade furniture that her Grandpa was giving him. She said she had a couch, a study room set as well as a rocker. On one hand, do I want to love getting my hair removed? It will be a monthly expense that I just have to do

I have always wanted to get my bikini area taken care of professionally. I have super sensitive skin. I use cetaphil soap because scents make me rash. I have to use special laundry detergent and fabric softener. I also can’t wear underwear very often and need to wear special fabrics. If I wear cotton panties everyday, I get red rashes along my hips. It is horribly painful and itchy. I shave that area with a special razor and shaving cream. I know that means nothing can touch that skin for days or I have itchy bumps. I definitely think sugaring or body waxing is the way to go for me. I have done tons of research on it. The hair grows back slower since you are ripping it out through the root with waxing. With sugaring you are going with rather than against the grain of the hair. It is said to be less painful and cause less redness. I found a salon that offers both waxing and body sugaring in my area. I have read reviews and they have all been favorable. I really want to check it out. On one hand, do I want to love getting my hair removed? It will be a monthly expense that I just have to do. On the other hand, it would be nice to never deal with bumps anymore. I hate shaving and not being allowed to wear underwear. On pool party days it would be nice not to worry about razor bumps showing when I wear a swimsuit.

I can not handle it when people say they will do something in addition to then do not.

My sister Pat is this way quite often. But the distraught section is, it is consistently when I need her help! Occasionally I can dream up the most weird things when I am bored in addition to not doing anything.

Over this past weekend I wound up in 1 of those moods in addition to came up with a wild thought.

How in the world do astronauts in space get by without heating or in space? I think they have something to have some kind of temp control system up there in space. There has to be something that I do not yet know about. Because anyone residing without heating in addition to AC is a bit of a scary thing to know about… Especially all the way up there in the stars. I mean, they have all this gross freeze dried food that they eat by simply just adding water to it (which I know is nasty), but it works for them. So they have to have some kind of similar trick to getting heating in addition to AC in addition to some kind of temperature control up there. I may write to our local space station or better yet, write to NASSA to ask them about how their people actually get heating in addition to AC while on these giant long space missions. I can not personally imagine being all the way up there with no heating in addition to AC. I would personally rather die if this was the case for me in addition to our body! I know this whole thought was way out of left field. But this is what happens when I have too much time on our hands with nothing to do to keep occupy our brain. I know of weirder questions than how they have HVAC in space!
