I argued that it was not easy to be productive when the workplace was easily hot. I even asked him if I ever had any complications keeping awake when the cooling system was actually working. Even she admitted there were no complications with our work performance until that time. Regardless, she still let me go. All of our co-workers were aggravated about it as well as there were a couple of friends that just quit the job when they saw I was fired. If they don’t love their employees as well as don’t bother to keep up with the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C, I don’t expect that contractor to last actually long. There is no way anybody is going to want to continue working at such a place, as well as honestly I’m glad I don’t have to work there any longer.
