Menopause is the worst thing in the entire world, then i am not a woman going through it, I am married to a single with it, but my wifey gets over a dozen hot flashes at evening; She flings off the covers plus is coated in sweat. She then amps up the cooling setting on the control equipment plus just lays there in the AC; Our study room feels appreciate the Winter time tundra most of the evening. She then cools down, puts the covers back on plus turns the A/C off; Not only does this process wake me up, it is awful for the Heating and A/C plus I feel horrible for my wifey, what entirely can we do? The people I was with and I already went the extra mile plus got a ductless mini cut for the study room, but before when my wifey would alter the control unit, the entire home would get a/c… The adolescents bitterly complained of being cold plus the energy bills were skyhigh with the constant temperature changes. The ductless furnace plus A/C purchase was a great a single. The people I was with and I blocked off the air vent to your room plus just mounted the device plus control equipment on our wall. So the A/C only affects my wifey plus myself. I hate cold all evening plus I hate seeing her so unhappy. Is there something more we could be doing? Can we get A/C for just half the room or can my wifey eat something that helps hot flashes? At this point I am thinking of moving into the study room on the couch, however at least she can be in peace when she thrashes around.
