Before I moved out of my parents’ house, my father always told me how important it is to take proper care of the HVAC system.
- He showed me how to change the air filters and what kind are the best to use for the climate control system.
He said it was very important not only to protect the HVAC system from dirt and debris, but also to keep the air quality good. I learned from him that keeping good air quality is very crucial for our health and this is something I would never forget. To this day when I am calling the HVAC technicians to have my HVAC worked on, I always think of my father. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years back and I was so sad about that. I tried to be extra strong though for my mother’s sake. I always go to visit her and help her with things around the house, including her HVAC system. I actually got her enrolled in an HVAC system maintenance plan with the same HVAC company that I use. They actually supplied a discounted rate for the plans because we use the same maintenance plan at multiple houses. These guys are almost like family too. They are a family owned business and it’s easy to see that they care a great deal about their customers. They even knew my father when he was alive and paid their respects. It’s not easy not having my father around anymore, but I feel that I am making him proud everyday by making the right decisions in life.
