Six weeks later, she called back offering me my outdated task at the same pay, in addition to I told this lady how me in addition to a few of the other laid off HVAC techs were forming our own corporation… She laughed at us, although she wouldn’t be laughing long because she found herself entirely shorthanded without enough certified HVAC techs. All her best workers had started their own HVAC repair corporation, in addition to now she was in need of excellent workers.
