I’ve been living quite the life so far.

This year I was able to retire with my wifey, and prior to that I watched the youngest of our 4 children get married and beginning a family of her own, but it’s funny how life shows you little glimpses of your past here and there, such as when your kids go through their innocent stage where they suppose they’ll be a rockstar someday; Well, appreciate I’ve told my kids, being area of a band isn’t as glamorous as they tend to think! When I was their age, I was in a rock group that made the rounds here for the last several years.

Both of us never made it big, no, however both of us got to live the life of a rock band for some time. Truth is, when you’re not on the stage playing for loving fans, you’re suffering! In our case, both of us had to travel up and down the coast in a van with zero available air conditioning, meanwhile, our “recording studio” was also short on , leading us to swiftly try to record songs before both of us dealt with heat exhaustion. To be honest, it was really awful, and I wouldn’t want to take care of those nights if I had the chance, and at least, I wouldn’t do it unless I knew the studio had excellent air conditioning. If both of us had ductless mini-chop systems back in those days, I would’ve made a point to convince the group to invest in one. Who knows, maybe both of us would’ve been in the studio more often and made some hits?
