It was a little outdated and required common service to work effectively. On top of that, the AC machine worker suggested Mr. Sinclair go for a ceiling fan to use in hot months and Winter. The fan would work to distribute the cool or boiling air in the residence. Mr. Sinclair did implement the plan of using a ceiling fan and noticed a major difference in his utility bills at the end of the month.
