Making my carport a workout place

I have a carport that I am hoping to convert into a workout space.

It is a metal structure with a roof and two unfinished sides.

It sits in the sand quite a distance from my house. I want to hire out all the services to make it functional. I want to pour cement to have a smooth floor. I want the walls finished and the ceiling raised. Next I am hoping to get electricity in there so I can have heating and cooling. The space won’t be too big, I feel a ductless mini split could handle everything. I would like to get a smart thermostat that I can control from my phone. That way I could be in bed and turn on the heater or air conditioner. Then by the time I get to my workout space, I could have the right temperature there. It wouldn’t have to provide temperature control for long, just around an hour. I feel the cost of the ductless mini split won’t be too bad either. I don’t need the installation to be pretty or to have the machine hidden from prying eyes. It is just a workout facility, slap it in there. Having quality heating and cooling will be a game changer too. Right now I am relying on a space heater and a box fan for climate control. It just doesn’t get the job done. Also, my workout space is a bit narrow and short. So having a full carport will be a huge upgrade for me.
