My bestie in addition to I were actually supposed to go out for supper together on Tuesday night.
- Tuesday in the morning, she called me at my workplace to tell myself and others that her parents were going to join us.
I was seriously surprised in addition to stunned, because they were supposed to be in the islands on vacation. I told my bestie that I had a genuinely tied up day at task in addition to I was already falling behind. I was concerned that I wouldn’t finish the task in time for our reservations. I was honestly working on a ductless AC upgrade in addition to I still had 2 service calls that afternoon. I told my bestie that I would make an attempt to come back on time, however I could not make any promises in the least… She knows that the warm season is the busiest time of the year for a Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C repair professional. Well, one of the service calls turned out to be a relatively major repair. I had to drive back to the workshop to get a few supplies in addition to I didn’t even get back to the customer until later in the afternoon. I knew I wasn’t going to make it to supper by 6pm, so I decided to call my bestie to deliver her the atrocious news. She was relatively mad when I told her that I wasn’t going to make it to supper. I wasn’t trying to avoid meeting her parents, however I had to be there for my work. She told me that I need to put her at the top of my priority list. I easily see that she was upset about supper, however I have to focus on my work in order to make money. This is my work in addition to I cannot go back to my residence early whenever I want.
